Honey Roasted Cashews

I first tried this combination at a family getaway. A family member had brought some to share that she had purchased from the market, and once I tried it I couldn’t stop!

They were so delicious, I knew I had to try them out for myself.

They’re great as snacks, lunchboxes for the kiddies or even for a vegan charcuterie board!

Ingredients:

2 cups natural raw cashews

¼ cup raw honey

Method:

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees celsius.

In a bowl, combine the cashews and honey.

Spread the cashews on a lined baking tray and bake for 15 minutes, making sure to stir every 5 minutes.

Remove from the oven and cool before transferring to a bowl and serving.
