Vegan chocolate eggs
Vegan and refined sugar free chocolate isn’t so easy to find, especially easter chocolate!
I made these for the kiddies for their Easter egg hunt!
Although chocolate isn’t something I recommend, if you’re going to eat chocolate, this is a healthier version.
Serves: many Time: 10 minutes + fridge time.
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
4 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Pinch Himalayan pink salt
3 drops wild orange essential oil
Method:
Put a pot of water on stovetop and bring to simmer
Place a heatproof bowl on top and add all the ingredients and mix together until smooth
Place chocolate in an egg mold and place in fridge until hardened
That’s it!
