Banana Papaya Pudding

I made this banana and papaya pudding yesterday for breakfast and it was delicious so I wanted to share with you.

If you suffer from any digestive problems, both banana and papaya are not only extremely gentle on the intestinal track but healing as well.

Serves: 1 Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

3 bananas

1/2 papaya

Splash of water

Sprinkle of cinnamon

Method:

Add all ingredients except cinnamon to a blender until smooth.

Serve in a glass jar and top with cinnamon.

This would make a great healthy dessert, you could add coconut milk instead of water. If you like it sweet you could add maple syrup.
