Sunshine in a smoothie bowl.
On dull grey days, this smoothie bowl is sure to perk you up!
Serves:1 Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
3 frozen bananas
1 apple
2 oranges, reserving 1 as topping
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup frozen mango
Shredded coconut as topping
Method:
Place all ingredients except of 1 banana and 1 orange in a high speed blender and blend until smooth
Once smooth, pour into a bowl and top with sliced banana and oranges, shredded coconut and sliced strawberries
